As a Senior .NET Software Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will engage in challenging CRM and xRM projects. You will work with contemporary architectures, diverse interfaces, high-quality solution designs, and a technically skilled team committed to quality, continuous growth, and close collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Dynamics 365 extensions using .NET and C#, including plug-ins, custom workflows, and integrations.
  • Implement interfaces connecting ERP, portals, or third-party systems through REST, SOAP, Webservices, import/export functions, and API integrations.
  • Customize and evolve Dynamics 365 modules and business processes.
  • Analyze technical requirements in close cooperation with consultants, architects, and business units.
  • Perform testing, conduct code reviews, and document solutions following development guidelines.
  • Provide support in deployment activities, ALM processes, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Introduce new technologies, tools, and best practices into the development workflow.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT or an equivalent qualification emphasizing hands-on software development experience.

  • Several years of development experience with .NET and C#.
  • Proficient in MS SQL Server, SQL programming, and data modeling.
  • Experienced in interface development utilizing REST, SOAP, Webservices, and integrations.
  • Practical experience developing Dynamics 365 plug-ins or initial exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 / xRM platforms.
  • Knowledgeable of modern development, testing, and project methodologies such as Git, CI/CD, Agile, Scrum, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, organized work habits, and high levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Power Platform technologies including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Background in Azure development components such as Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Familiarity with the energy and utilities sector.
