Your Role and Impact

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Staff Product Engineer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge Server and Network Processor technologies. This role offers exciting opportunities for growth within Marvell. The engineer will collaborate closely with test, hardware, design, and firmware teams to design, develop, and troubleshoot products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with design, process, DFM/DFT, and test teams to ensure product quality.
• Debug and evaluate performance of new digital and analog circuits.
• Develop innovative solutions by analyzing volume data, performing in-lab testing, and addressing yield and testing challenges on the production line.
• Lead efforts to optimize and continuously improve production test screen specifications to meet targets for yield, quality, test duration, and defect rates.
• Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) testing, assist customer-facing and quality teams during escalations to diagnose issues and close coverage gaps.
• Define manufacturing and yield specifications for multiple test insertions including Wafer Sort, Final Test, and System Level Test (SLT).
• Drive improvements in test flow, including optimization, reducing test time, and removing unnecessary insertions.
• Collaborate with design and DFT/DFM groups to enhance yield and test methodologies.
• Play a pivotal role in qualifying new products before volume production, as well as new package and fabrication qualification.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in semiconductor product engineering.
• Strong expertise in automated test equipment (ATE) testing, test methodologies, silicon process knowledge, design for test/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Hands-on experience with Agilent 83K or 93K testers required.
• Experience in product development and mixed-signal testing is a significant advantage.
• Effective communication abilities combined with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
