Role Responsibilities
- Enhance Dry Etch process and equipment efficiency leveraging cutting-edge data analytics, automation, and AI capabilities.
- Spot opportunities to apply machine learning, statistical analysis, and generative AI tools to boost productivity, speed up excursion responses, improve process control, and optimize engineering workflows.
- Lead cross-disciplinary projects integrating manufacturing, equipment, process, and commercial data streams to accelerate informed decision-making.
- Create and implement scalable analytic frameworks aimed at increasing wafer processing device (WPD) performance, tool utilization, cycle time reduction, and lowering manufacturing expenses.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal digital innovation teams to assess and adopt future-forward AI technologies tailored for semiconductor fabrication.
