Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop CMOS and SOI analog integrated circuits primarily for mobile handset applications.
• Develop and integrate critical analog components such as bandgap references, current bias circuits, current mirrors, on-chip temperature sensors (including bandgap/PTAT types), Low Dropout Regulators (LDOs), control loops, charge-pump and voltage multiplier circuits, operational amplifiers, and other analog signal conditioning circuits.
• Design analog functions related to MIPI interfaces.
• Evaluate circuit performance based on parameters like noise, accuracy, bandwidth, power consumption, thermal characteristics, and stability of feedback loops.
• Collaborate closely with layout engineers to ensure high-quality analog layouts, focusing on device matching, managing parasitic effects, and mitigating layout-dependent phenomena.
• Participate in silicon bring-up activities including debugging, characterization, simulation, and correlating silicon results.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as system, module, product, and test engineering groups to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and meet project timelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred) with at least 2 years of analog IC design experience.
• Proven hands-on expertise in chip-level analog IC design.
• Solid understanding of device physics and proficiency in developing and using advanced linear and nonlinear device models or simulation techniques.
• Ability to interrelate device models, simulations, physical designs, and actual measured device performance.
• Experienced with simulation tools and analog circuit test characterization methods and instruments.
• Proficiency with Cadence or comparable analog IC design tools and practical lab measurement and characterization experience.
