About the Role
SGBS Unnati Foundation is seeking a Spoken English Trainer to conduct structured training sessions under the UNXT program aimed at making final-year students across assigned districts or nearby colleges employable by enhancing their skills, facilitating assessments, and supporting job placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a total of 90 hours of training, either 3 hours daily over 30 days or 2 hours daily over 45 days, strictly following the provided curriculum.
- Identify and establish partnerships with colleges in designated areas and coordinate with college authorities to ensure smooth program implementation and timely batch completion.
- Engage students actively throughout the program, supporting their progress monitoring, data management, and successful completion of assessments and certifications.
- Facilitate student enrollment on platforms and encourage use of LMS/self-learning tools to boost learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with placement teams to help organize job drives, campus recruitments, and maintain communication for achieving placement goals.
- Motivate and mentor students, building their confidence, communication, and readiness for the workplace.
- Maintain alumni connections to provide ongoing job support and career guidance.
- Ensure proper documentation, including attendance, assessments, certifications, and batch closure compliance.
- Represent the foundation professionally and foster productive relationships with colleges, students, and other stakeholders.
Eligibility and Skills
- Applicants should hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
- Proficient communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to facilitate and train groups effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers, including MS Office, various apps, and social media platforms.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be willing to travel locally to assigned districts and colleges.
- There is a mandatory initial training session held in Bangalore; travel, accommodation, and stipend for this training will be provided.
