Spoken English Trainer

Overview

SGBS Unnati Foundation is looking for a Spoken English Trainer under the UNXT program. The role aims to empower final-year youth through targeted skill development, assessments, and placement assistance to enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 90 hours of training sessions as per curriculum (3 hours daily for 30 days or 2 hours for 45 days) without deviation.
• Guide and support students to successfully complete the program.
• Identify and onboard colleges in assigned districts and coordinate activities with college officials.
• Ensure full batch completion within designated timelines and organize valedictory events with stakeholders.
• Manage student enrollment with 100% data accuracy including educational background, job preferences, and relocation details.
• Track and update student progress regularly.
• Motivate students to engage actively with learning management systems and complete assessments and certifications.
• Collaborate with placement teams to facilitate job opportunities, campus drives, job fairs, and employer interactions aiming to meet placement targets.
• Encourage utilization of learning applications and social media for career advancement; build students' confidence, communication skills, and workplace preparedness.
• Facilitate alumni engagement by onboarding graduates to alumni platforms and maintaining ongoing support and communication.
• Maintain thorough documentation including attendance, assessments, certifications, and reports, ensuring compliance for batch closure.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with colleges and students, representing the organization positively.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduates from any discipline are eligible; freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Capable of delivering training and facilitating sessions effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of computers including MS Office, applications, and social media platforms.

Additional Details

• Willingness to travel locally as required.
• Mandatory initial training in Bangalore (travel, accommodation, and stipend provided).
