Role Overview

As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver expert spa treatments and services to our guests, ensuring an outstanding and rejuvenating experience. Your knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in the spa’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out diverse spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and specialized therapies with appropriate techniques and products.
• Tailor treatments according to guest preferences, health status and specific requests.
• Uphold high-quality service standards by following established protocols and procedures.
• Perform detailed guest consultations to evaluate needs, preferences and health concerns.
• Provide informed recommendations on treatments and products that address individual concerns.
• Keep abreast of new spa products such as skincare, body care, and wellness items.
• Promote and suggest retail products to guests to boost spa revenue.
• Ensure treatment rooms are kept clean, organized, and all equipment and linens are sanitized and prepared for usage.
• Strictly follow hygiene and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Comply with applicable health, safety, licensing, and industry standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting spa and wellness practices.
• Engage in continual professional development through training and workshops to enhance expertise and keep current with industry trends.
• Collaborate effectively with other therapists and team members to provide seamless guest experiences.
• Offer support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
• Educate guests about the benefits of spa therapies, wellness habits, and self-care techniques to promote well-being.
