Spa Receptionist (Local Female)

About the Role

The Spa Receptionist position is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia within the Spa & Recreation department of Kempinski Hotels. This role is designed to support front desk and public spa area functions while grooming the individual for future leadership or operational roles in the spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reception duties including overseeing food and beverage services, retail operations, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Respond to guest inquiries and bookings professionally; promote and up-sell spa services and retail products.
• Adhere strictly to the spa's Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and manuals.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Kempinski spa treatments and offerings to effectively advise customers.
• Record reservations accurately and efficiently manage appointment schedules.
• Perform confirmation calls to clients regarding appointments.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring proper payment and cash handling.
• Update and maintain client profiles consistently.
• Prepare daily operational reports according to SOPs.
• Stay informed about other resort activities and actively promote them to guests.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or queries confidently and discreetly.
• Handle all accidents or incidents involving guests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure availability of towels and supplies especially when attendants are not present.
