About the Role
We are collaborating with a global company expanding rapidly in Australia, seeking talented Solutions Architects to join their growing team based in Sydney and Perth. It offers a competitive remuneration package including a base salary and a 30% commission structure.
The focus is on consulting with enterprise clients, especially in sectors such as banking, insurance, retail (Sydney), and mining, gas, operational technology, and continuous improvement (Perth). This role provides exposure to a broad range of technology domains, including networking, storage, compute, security, data, and AI, working closely alongside vendor partners and enterprise customers to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative solutions expert, partnering closely with client executives to build and strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities within enterprise organizations.
- Develop comprehensive technology solutions across multiple domains including networking, storage, compute, security, data, and artificial intelligence to meet client needs.
- Collaborate regularly with a wide array of vendor partners to enable the best possible solutions and support for customers.
- Support the sales process with deep technical knowledge and solution design input, facilitating enterprise customer transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years’ experience in presales or consulting roles.
- Significant exposure to enterprise clients within sectors such as banking, insurance, retail, mining, gas, or operational technology.
- Extensive familiarity with multiple technology areas including networking, storage, compute, security, data, and AI platforms.
- Strong ability to independently develop and nurture relationships with enterprise customers as well as collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Recognition and established connections with technology vendors, leveraging these relationships to enhance solution delivery.
