Solutions Architect

Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Neilsoft, you will independently manage and drive technical discussions, presenting Neilsoft's array of products, platforms, and engineering technology solutions to clients. You will engage actively in client discovery workshops, help in gathering requirements, and lead solution demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical dialogues showcasing Neilsoft's products and engineered technology solutions to various client stakeholders.
• Participate actively in client discovery meetings and solution walkthroughs.
• Contribute to preparing RFP responses, technical proposals, and detailed solution documentation.
• Provide structured demos and proof-of-concept presentations to highlight Neilsoft's software portfolio.
• Design workable and scalable solution architectures tailored for client projects focusing on AEC and BIM sectors.
• Create solution blueprints along with effort estimations and technical scopes to support presales proposals.
• Ensure solutions align with Neilsoft's reusable intellectual properties, frameworks, product capabilities, and delivery quality standards.
• Assess client technology environments and propose integration and adoption approaches.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BE/BTech/ME/MTech).
• 12 to 14 years of professional experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or software development roles.
• Proficient practical knowledge of CAx technologies and cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS.
• Experience within engineering technology sectors such as AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel to regions including USA, Canada, and APAC.
