Solutions Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to collaborate closely with sales teams to secure technical wins. This position requires a blend of deep product knowledge and consultative selling skills, enabling the translation of customer needs into effective solution architectures that facilitate successful deals and implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives during technical discovery and qualification phases.
• Create tailored solution architectures matching customer environments and specific use cases.
• Lead technical demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and customer workshops.
• Address Requests for Proposals (RFPs), security questionnaires, and conduct architecture reviews.
• Work alongside Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transition to deployment.
• Offer product insights and feedback to product management and engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, integration methods, and API technologies.
• Proven ability managing technical discussions with engineering and IT decision-makers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an executive presence.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one leading cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience managing RFPs, security evaluations, and architectural documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location, typically within the range of USD 130,000 to 210,000, alongside additional benefits.
