Solutions Architect - Cybersecurity

About the Role

The Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with Sales teams and Competency Heads to develop strategies aimed at managing key accounts effectively. This role demands a deep understanding of client environments and challenges, identifying areas for enhancement within their current technology frameworks. The incumbent will coordinate with subject matter experts to craft tailored solutions addressing client pain points.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology roadmaps for strategic accounts.
• Handle all technical components of client proposals including scope, bill of materials, and technical submissions.
• Lead complex projects, directing teams through solution design and ensuring the delivery of optimal configurations.
• Manage and review requirement gathering phases, providing guidance in solution design sessions.
• Oversee integration efforts across various systems to guarantee cohesion and alignment with solution goals.
• Make informed decisions regarding solution direction based on impact analyses and risk assessments throughout project delivery.
• Approve all technical documentation associated with projects.
• Support project managers in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain current knowledge on cybersecurity best practices and technological advancements.
• Translate complex technical details into accessible communication for business stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Possession of key certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CRTSA or their equivalents is required.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years focused on solution architecting roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge spanning cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities to act as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Strong grasp of diverse technological solution domains.
• Excellent skills in presentation, communication, and documentation.
• Good project management aptitude and a positive, proactive work ethic.
• Passionate about information security and familiar with sales sectors such as CII, FSI, and Commercial domains.
• Ability to factor in various operational and environmental factors of customers when developing solutions.
