Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our Go-to-Market team, reporting to the Manager of International Solutions Engineering. Ideal candidates are located in Dublin, Amsterdam, or London. As part of the team, you will work closely with sales teams across the UKI and Benelux regions, driving customer acquisitions and providing technical support while collaborating internally on product-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical liaison for sales teams focusing on medium-sized businesses within the UKI and Benelux markets.
• Collaborate with account executives to analyze and validate technical requirements, define use cases, and outline solution scopes.
• Maintain deep technical expertise of Personio’s product suite to act as the first point of contact for sales teams and prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals and senior-level presentations, including assessments like ROI and TCO to demonstrate business value.
• Provide support for other regions and markets as necessary.
• Be willing to travel to customer locations up to 10-20% of the time.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in Solutions Engineering or a comparable technical role.
• A solid technical foundation with knowledge of SaaS platforms, IT infrastructure, IT stacks, and security protocols.
• A customer-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize efforts according to customer and business needs.
• Current knowledge of security and compliance standards, such as ISO 27000 series.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.

This role is based in an office with a hybrid work model allowing three days per week onsite with the remainder remote. Additionally, employees receive 20 flexible remote work days annually from other locations.
