Your Role and Impact
As a critical part of the UK & Ireland Partnerships team within the growing International Partnerships division, you will manage and develop a high-value portfolio of Strategic and Operational Partners to accelerate Personio’s expansion in these markets. This quota-bearing role entails direct responsibility for increasing the partner-generated sales pipeline and new monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
You will collaborate closely with local cross-functional teams including demand generation, product, sales, marketing, and country management to ensure an integrated and localized customer experience across the UK & Ireland.

- Lead and nurture a thriving partnerships community throughout the region.
- Drive commercial growth by identifying revenue prospects, segmenting your portfolio, and creating actionable joint business plans with partners.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to innovate and co-create compelling solutions that encourage adoption of the HR SaaS platform.
- Execute go-to-market strategies including joint marketing initiatives, sales enablement programs, and training.
- Organize and implement partner-focused events, campaigns, and communications in partnership with the marketing team, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Monitor partnership performance indicators and continuously optimize activities to achieve maximum return on investment.
- Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, UK&I Country Management), aligning partner efforts with core go-to-market objectives.
Key Performance Metrics
- Generating partner-driven pipelines and new customer acquisition evidenced by monthly recurring revenue growth.
- Maintaining robust portfolio health as measured by partner activation rates, engagement levels, and quality of partner-led opportunities.

Communication & Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication capabilities with a proven ability to build trust, influence executives, and motivate partners.
Experience & Background
- At least 5 years combined experience in Partner Management, Direct Sales (Account Executive/SDR), Channel Sales, or Digital/Strategy Consulting with go-to-market exposure.
- Practical experience designing and implementing partner sales initiatives within SaaS, HR technology, or B2B software environments.
- Knowledge of the broader HR technology marketplace is a distinct advantage.
- Background working in or alongside management or IT consulting firms is highly desirable.
