Job description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specialized in UiPath to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge RPA and Intelligent Automation solutions. The role involves evaluating business processes for automation opportunities and creating scalable, secure, and maintainable automation architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive RPA and Intelligent Automation end-to-end solutions utilizing UiPath platforms.
- Analyze current business workflows to identify automatable processes.
- Create solution architectures, detailed technical design documents, and define implementation methods.
- Lead technical conversations with stakeholders to provide expert automation guidance and recommendations.
- Develop and enforce RPA development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Evaluate solution designs and review code to ensure long-term scalability, maintainability, and system security.
- Assist developers throughout development, testing, and deployment phases to ensure quality delivery.
- Oversee management of UiPath Orchestrator environments and deployment strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Over 6 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a UiPath Solution Architect.
- Proven expertise with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, Action Center, AI Center, and Task/Process Mining.
- Experience in designing enterprise-level RPA solutions with a sound knowledge of software development lifecycles.
- Working knowledge of APIs, SQL databases, .NET and C#, plus experience with cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with security protocols, governance frameworks, and best practices in automation.
- Strong communication skills coupled with effective stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Credentials
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
- Certification as a UiPath Solution Architect.
- Hands-on experience with Intelligent Automation, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and Generative AI integrations.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

- Comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Architectural diagrams and technical specification documents.
- Effort estimation reports and governance frameworks.
- Deployment-ready automation solutions suitable for production environments.

The position accommodates hybrid, remote, or onsite working arrangements, depending on operational requirements. This full-time role is ideal for senior professionals focusing on enterprise-scale UiPath automation projects.
