About the internship
About the Internship
As a Software Sales and Customer Support Intern, you will engage in direct communication with potential customers to understand their software needs, explaining our suite of solutions including website, app, custom software, and WhatsApp API offerings. Your role involves nurturing prospective client relationships by following up leads, coordinating with the development team to align on customer requirements, and assisting clients throughout WhatsApp Business API onboarding and initial product setup. You will provide first-level troubleshooting, ensure unresolved technical issues are escalated and tracked, and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, leads, onboarding, and support. Additionally, you will support customers post-delivery and develop a thorough understanding of our products to independently manage routine inquiries.
