Internship Overview and Responsibilities

The selected Business Development intern will engage daily in activities that foster relationships with medical professionals and enhance the hospital’s sales funnel. Key duties include:

• Consistently meeting and building connections with doctors.
• Generating and nurturing leads sourced from doctors.
• Handling lead conversion from multiple channels.
• Overseeing internal sales processes and ensuring successful conversions.
• Establishing and sustaining strong customer relationships.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between September 26, 2026, and October 31, 2026.
• Commitment to participate for the full internship duration of 3 months.
• Residency in Jaipur is mandatory.
• Should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹15,000, broken down into:
• Fixed component: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000.
• Incentives: ₹2,000 to ₹5,000.
• Additional perks include an internship completion certificate, a letter of recommendation, and potential job offer upon successful completion.
• On securing permanent employment post-internship, the expected salary is between ₹200,000 and ₹300,000 annually.
