About the Role
We are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to strengthen our team and drive the implementation and continued development of our broker management software Xempus Enterprise. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our business units and software service provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the tailored implementation of Xempus Enterprise in collaboration with the team.
- Serve as communication liaison between internal departments and Xempus Deutschland GmbH.
- Gather functional and process requirements, design and evaluate potential solutions based on existing configuration options within Xempus.
- When necessary, prepare requirement specifications for enhancements or further development of Xempus.
- Conduct structured, focused testing prior to go-live and produce documentation to ensure clear traceability.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as insurance clerk, insurance specialist, or comparable qualification.
- Experience and knowledge in the field of occupational pensions (betriebliche Altersversorgung, bAV).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to provide pragmatic solutions for complex issues.
- High level of self-motivation and willingness to deeply engage with the complexities of Xempus Enterprise and configure generic processes to serve a broad client base.
- Team-oriented mindset; motivated, helpful, and collaborative to achieve shared goals.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
