Marsh Specialty's Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Infrastructure (PEMA) division harnesses extensive global expertise to support private equity, infrastructure, alternative asset managers, and corporate buyers throughout the entire investment cycle. This includes providing advice from acquisition through to exit on transactional risk, insurance, portfolio solutions, and infrastructure financing. The global PEMA team comprises over 150 experts who blend specialist knowledge with practical commercial insights.

Role Overview

We are searching for a Client Advisor / Assistant Vice President based in Dubai to expand our PEMA services across the Middle East and Africa regions. This position involves collaborating closely with private equity firms, corporate clients, infrastructure sponsors, and financial institutions to provide due diligence, transactional solutions, regional infrastructure consultancy, portfolio services, and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of Marsh Specialty’s PEMA business within the MEA region.
• Advise clients on M&A insurance, transactional risks, and infrastructure-related solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment funds, corporate clients, insurers, legal firms, and advisory partners.
• Prepare due diligence reports and manage coordination of complex multi-workstream projects.
• Support advisory activities for infrastructure projects, project financing, and risk management.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, business development efforts, and mentoring of team members.
• Collaborate across Marsh’s various practices to craft integrated solutions for clients.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in fields such as M&A advisory, private equity, infrastructure finance, project finance, or infrastructure consultancy.
• Comprehensive understanding of transaction documentation and deal processes.
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, client-oriented environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Post-secondary degree in Risk Management, Finance, Commerce, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Preferably regional experience in the Middle East or emerging markets.
