Your Role and Impact
- Lead the conception and implementation of end-user features adopted by millions globally, especially AI components at the cutting edge of collaboration technology.
- Adopt an AI-first approach to boost development efficiency and accelerate feature delivery.
- Oversee operational aspects of our reliable microservices architecture using DevOps principles.
- Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills by addressing a variety of challenges with data-driven quality focus and adaptability.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality results through new functionalities, automated testing, and issue analysis.

Minimum Qualifications
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as Computer Science or Electronic/Software Engineering.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ professional software development experience in languages like Java, Python, or C++. The role predominantly involves developing Java-based microservices.
- Experienced in automated testing and CI/CD processes, including writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Familiar with modern development tools such as Git, API design platforms, and DevOps workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or exposure to contract testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of data science techniques, AI, or AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Strong problem-solving abilities employing structured and innovative approaches.
- Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn emerging technologies.
- Effective collaboration skills with diverse teams and clear communication ability.
