Overview
The Modern AI Trust Platform Engineering team at Microsoft is dedicated to redefining trust within the Microsoft ecosystem by developing AI-driven solutions that enhance product agility, enterprise scalability, intelligent decision-making, and promote responsible technology use. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engineering and data products that revolutionize the building and distribution processes of Windows.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product, and program managers within the Windows and Devices (W+D) organization to foster a culture centered on continuous learning and open collaboration.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient coding skills in one or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Must satisfy Microsoft's security standards, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check initially and biennially thereafter.
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities in design, debugging, and delivering robust software.
- Competence in handling ambiguous situations, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adapting to evolving requirements.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with a passion for excellent software design.
- Experience integrating state-of-the-art AI technologies into practical software solutions.
Compensation and Equal Opportunity
The expected annual remuneration range for this role in Ireland spans €49,500 to €83,900, subject to role eligibility for additional benefits and compensation.
