Job Overview
SDMNC Software Private Limited invites enthusiastic fresher Software Developers to join their technology team located in Pune, Maharashtra. This full-time position offers flexible work modes including on-site, hybrid, or remote options. The compensation package ranges between ₹5 to 7 lakh per annum.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions.
- Analyze business needs alongside technical specifications to deliver practical solutions.
- Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code bases.
- Engage in architecture design, software development, testing, deployment, and continued maintenance.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing software performance.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and analysts.
- Perform code reviews adhering to industry best practices.
- Guide junior team members and promote sharing of technical knowledge.
- Remain informed about current technology trends and evolving development frameworks.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in one or more technologies like Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, or related frameworks.
- Strong command over SQL and relational database management systems.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile practices, API implementation, and software architecture principles.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems and awareness of contemporary development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a degree such as B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M.Sc., or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related domains.
