Role Overview

This position is part of a transformational initiative within the Customer Tribe, focused on modernizing dispute management systems via Pega's Smart Dispute platform alongside automation and API integration. As a Software Consultant (Level 4), you will be integral in architecting and delivering complex solutions across platforms, collaborating closely with engineers, product owners, and architects. Your responsibilities will include developing SDKs, managing event brokers, mentoring team members, and ensuring system scalability, security, and robustness.

Key Responsibilities and Competencies

  • Lead technical design and delivery of complex software solutions using Pega technology.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and business teams to maintain high-quality and resilient platforms.
  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices to uplift team capabilities.
  • Apply DevSecOps principles to deliver secure, automated, and compliant pipelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering methodologies and system performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience developing with Pega.
  • Expertise in Pega Smart Disputes Framework including case management, workflows, data models, integrations, and user interfaces.
  • Proficient in Pega Constellation platform adhering to enterprise standards and guardrails.
  • Experienced with Pega Diagnostic Center for monitoring and system analytics.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architectures, preferably Pega Cloud or similar environments.
  • Detailed knowledge in designing scalable and integrated enterprise-grade applications.
  • Competent in integration approaches such as REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven systems (Kafka), and enterprise connectors.
  • Ability to employ diverse technology stacks to devise effective business solutions.
  • Familiarity with advanced delivery lifecycle processes from requirements to deployment and support.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced in cross-functional teamwork to ensure business-aligned, quality deliveries.
