Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Operate and manage softgel encapsulation machinery efficiently, especially Arbes Tools machines.
• Prepare gelatin mass and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Set up tooling and conduct troubleshooting to maintain machine functionality.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and perform in-process quality inspections.
• Adhere strictly to GMP guidelines and maintain accurate production documentation.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Diploma, ITI, B.Pharm, or D.Pharm, preferably with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Pharmacy disciplines.
