Prosper Fingal is seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker to join its Day Services team in Balbriggan, County Dublin. This permanent position involves providing supportive care and guidance to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, promoting their independence, community involvement, and personal development.

Role Summary

• Deliver person-centered, high-quality support to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Essential: CORU registration as a Social Care Worker.
• Qualification: QQI Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or an equivalent CORU-recognized qualification.
• Desirable: Hold a full, clean manual driving license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities alongside proficiency in IT.
• Prior experience in disability services preferred.
• Familiarity with the New Directions approach is advantageous.
• Committed to a positive, person-focused methodology supporting individual goal achievement.
