Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary is £12.86 per hour, with opportunities for progression up to £13.16 per hour through a structured career ladder.

• Adapt communication approaches to meet individual needs, enabling effective interaction for the people supported.
• Work rotational shifts totaling 37.5 hours per week.
