Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to join us at Polwell Lane in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Whether you are new to the care sector or have experience as a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or Care Assistant, your dedication and values are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist those we support in engaging with meaningful activities and opportunities to enrich their lives.
- Participate in community life, providing support during social and leisure events and helping celebrate special occasions.
- Communicate effectively, adapting to individual communication needs and facilitating interaction between people.
- Contribute to the lively, welcoming atmosphere of Polwell Lane, including involvement in events such as fitness classes designed for wheelchair users, animal therapy sessions, and various social gatherings.
- Work rotational shifts totaling 37.5 hours per week.
