Position Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Work at Pendle Gardens, a distinctive home providing residents private flats alongside communal spaces with 24/7 support designed to promote independence and choice.
• Assist residents in engaging with meaningful activities and opportunities to enhance their quality of life.
• Support participation in community, leisure, and social activities, including special events.
• Communicate effectively, taking into account individual communication needs and helping residents to communicate with others.
• Work rotational shifts totaling 37.5 hours per week.
