Our Support Workers are invaluable team members. Whether you are new to care or have experience as a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or Care Assistant, your values and commitment matter most.

• Work at 89a Hampton Road, a welcoming and vibrant home near Central London, characterized by a lively atmosphere where residents have agency over their personal spaces and home environment.
• Assist individuals we support to participate in meaningful activities and experiences aimed at enhancing their independence and quality of life.
• Engage with the community by supporting leisure and social events, including celebrating important milestones.
• Adapt communication approaches to suit individual needs, fostering effective interaction both for and with the people you support.
• Work a rotational shift pattern totaling 37.5 hours per week.
