About the Role
Join NAB as a Small Business Banker in Lismore, New South Wales, working onsite. Become part of a collaborative and high-performing team focused on strong customer relationships and business growth within the Business Direct Small Business division. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain simplicity while managing business and home lending requests for Small Business customers.
- Act swiftly to grow revenue and enhance customer advocacy.
- Demonstrate customer obsession by increasing the number of customers who select NAB as their preferred bank.
- Understand customers’ requirements to provide tailored, holistic banking solutions.
- Collaborate with Retail Branch and Broker networks to boost portfolio performance and improve customer outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- A strong drive to establish authentic personal connections with customers, enabling them to pursue and realize their business aspirations.
- Experience in lending within business or retail banking sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the SME market.
- Exceptional skills in customer service and relationship management.
- Capabilities in problem solving, critical thinking, and negotiation.
