About the Role

Join NZ Post as a Site Support Specialist based in Wiri, Auckland, where you'll be integral in maintaining the efficiency of one of our busy processing sites. This role involves supporting day-to-day activities across administration, reception, health and safety, facilities, and staff support to ensure seamless site operations in a fast-moving environment. You will be the main coordinator for various site functions, offering assistance to leaders, employees, visitors, and contractors alike.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative, reception, and coordination support to ensure smooth site functioning.
  • Assist visitors and contractors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Organize onboarding, training, and development programs for new and existing staff members.
  • Support health, safety, wellbeing, and compliance initiatives to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Manage purchase orders and oversee site supplies including stationery and personal protective equipment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support facility management, resource allocation, and daily operations.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring experience in administration, customer service, reception, safety, wellbeing, or facility coordination roles. You are proactive, approachable, and excel at organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks. Your ability to provide exceptional support and build strong relationships across various levels is essential. You'll thrive in a role with diverse responsibilities and be committed to delivering quality service.

  • Previous experience in administration or coordination roles.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional flexibility required.
