Job description
Role Overview
A prominent contractor leading a large-scale building initiative in Riyadh is seeking skilled site engineers. The position involves working closely under the direction of a Site Manager and overseeing construction activities delivered by a primary subcontractor to ensure timely project completion.
Key Duties
- Assist the Site Manager in supervising construction activities carried out by subcontractors.
- Create detailed execution plans for construction projects.
- Oversee daily construction operations on site, ensuring coordination and supervision.
- Participate actively in coordination meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop weekly plans for upcoming construction activities.
- Apply and enforce approved construction methodologies and practices as instructed.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related construction discipline.
- Have practical experience as a site engineer on significant building projects within the Middle East region.
