Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the reliability and performance of Plaud.ai's AI-driven products operating at scale.
• Lead incident response efforts and drive ongoing improvements in system reliability.
• Develop automation solutions to minimize repetitive tasks and bolster system resilience.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate reliability into system design.
• Advance the observability infrastructure and operational practices to higher maturity levels.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Proven expertise with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes and distributed systems environments.
• Participation in on-call rotations and skilled in incident management processes.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language among Go, Python, or Java.

Preferred Skills

• Background supporting AI/ML or data-intensive platforms.
• Familiarity with SLO/SLA frameworks for service reliability.
• Experience working with fast-growing or international product teams.
• Knowledge of deploying and managing multi-region system architectures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
