Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the reliability and performance of Plaud.ai's AI-driven products operating at scale.
- Lead incident response efforts and drive ongoing improvements in system reliability.
- Develop automation solutions to minimize repetitive tasks and bolster system resilience.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate reliability into system design.
- Advance the observability infrastructure and operational practices to higher maturity levels.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Proven expertise with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes and distributed systems environments.
- Participation in on-call rotations and skilled in incident management processes.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language among Go, Python, or Java.
Preferred Skills
- Background supporting AI/ML or data-intensive platforms.
- Familiarity with SLO/SLA frameworks for service reliability.
- Experience working with fast-growing or international product teams.
- Knowledge of deploying and managing multi-region system architectures.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
