About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Site Foreman to oversee large residential construction initiatives within the Cork region. This position suits a construction expert experienced in site oversight, quality assurance, and managing team operations to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite construction activities, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and evaluate subcontractor performance and progress.
• Collaborate closely with Health and Safety personnel to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Track project timelines and report on advancement status.
• Provide explicit guidance and support to field teams.
• Ensure efficient and top-quality project completion.
• Work cohesively with site staff and wider project teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Significant experience in a Foreman role or equivalent within construction site supervision.
• Strong expertise in construction project execution.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Capability to meet project deadlines and time constraints.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Effective team collaboration skills.
• Previous involvement in substantial residential construction projects preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range from €60,000 to €70,000, based on experience.
