Responsibilities

• Track project costs, manage resources, and oversee delivery performance
• Uphold health, safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout project execution
• Identify risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Regularly provide progress reports and updates during the project lifecycle
• Facilitate smooth project handover upon completion

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector
• Proven track record managing complex construction projects from inception to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, programme management, and project controls
• Skilled in managing subcontractors and engaging with multiple project stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
• Capability to handle competing project priorities while ensuring high quality standards
• Experience with data centre projects is a distinct advantage
