Job Overview
The role focuses on overseeing construction building activities, managing planning and billing processes, and ensuring smooth site execution. It involves supervising the daily progress of multiple sites and guaranteeing quality standards alongside subcontractor coordination.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the progress of 6 to 7 construction sites on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure effective site execution.
- Present site progress data and updates to relevant stakeholders regularly.
- Plan and oversee billing procedures related to site activities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in construction building execution, planning, and billing.
- Strong capability in managing engineering operations and subcontractor relationships.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 40,000 to INR 60,000.
