Job Overview

This position is focused on engineering related to manufacturing processes. The role involves planning and executing departmental operations or performing technical activities within a specific engineering discipline. While some autonomy is allowed, the work adheres to established guidelines and outcome reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with "Brilliant Factory" and other IT-driven production systems, bringing IT expertise primarily applied in manufacturing environments.
• Leverage deep knowledge of a technical discipline along with analytical skills and technical experience to implement organizational policies and strategies.
• Understand best practices and how the area of responsibility integrates with other functions; maintain awareness of competitive factors that distinguish the company in the market.
• Exercise judgment to propose solutions beyond established parameters for complex manufacturing processes involving technical diversity and interdependent production cycles.
• Utilize multiple internal sources and select external references outside the immediate team for decision-making.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues; potentially lead small, low-risk projects with minimal resource needs.
• Effectively communicate information and develop abilities to guide team consensus on field-related issues; convey performance expectations and handle sensitive matters confidentially.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma combined with relevant work experience.
