Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttler to join our reconditioning facility team on the evening shift. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, with shifts scheduled Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, including a $1.50 hourly shift bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles between various vendor sites and storage facilities.
• Provide assistance to the detailing and onboarding teams as needed.
• Help maintain vehicle organization within warehouse and outdoor lot areas.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered punctually and accurately to support production efficiency and prevent delays.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Post-secondary education is preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and effective team collaboration skills are essential.
• Possession of at least a G2 Driver’s License accompanied by a clean driving record.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is mandatory.
• Must be able to commute to Mississauga, Ontario.

Employment Details

This is a permanent, full-time position with an hourly wage of $20.00 plus a $1.50 shift differential for evening hours. Compensation decisions are made based on objective criteria including skills, performance, market rates, and working conditions.
