Showroom Manager

Overview

Vrinda Global is seeking a seasoned Furniture Store Manager to lead operations within a prestigious premium and luxury furniture retailer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands an individual with significant expertise in managing high-end retail showrooms and driving sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee showroom and store management activities, ensuring smooth operations and strong sales performance.
• Lead, develop, and manage sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and premium furniture brands to maintain supply chain and inventory.
• Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations to promote brand presence.
• Engage and build relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) customers, as well as collaborate with interior designers and architects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of furniture products, collections, and prevailing market trends.

Key Requirements

• Experience working with premium or luxury furniture brands or within the high-end retail sector.
• Proven record in showroom or store management along with sales leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with suppliers, vendors, and manage various furniture brands.
• Exposure to coordinating and handling events such as exhibitions, launches, and activations.
• Experience servicing HNW and UHNW clients and collaborating with interior design professionals.
• Strong understanding of furniture products, design collections, and market dynamics relevant to the luxury segment.
