Regional Human Resources Manager

About the Role

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position involves collaboration with business leaders to develop HR strategies related to workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and overall human resources management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to plan workforce needs and boost employee engagement.
• Lead comprehensive talent acquisition processes for key regional and critical roles.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and project groups.
• Oversee employee relations, enforce HR policies, facilitate organizational development, and develop succession plans.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and company HR standards.
• Deliver HR analytics and support decision-making for the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses 10 to 15 years of human resources experience, ideally within sectors such as EPC, infrastructure, energy, construction, engineering, real estate, data centers, or OEMs.
• Demonstrates a robust background in HR business partnering combined with talent acquisition expertise.
• Experienced in managing HR operations across multiple regions or locations.
• Exhibits excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Holds an MBA or PGDM qualification specializing in Human Resources.
