Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts consistently to deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer experiences.
- Supervise and guide crew members and fellow managers to uphold McDonald's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan and monitor shift operations, ensuring safety, security, and profitability goals are achieved.
- Coordinate communication with oncoming Shift Managers to ensure continuity of shift objectives.
- Oversee food safety procedures and inventory management.
- Maintain daily cleanliness and conduct regular maintenance checks.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to promote skill development and effective performance.
Qualifications
- Preferably possess prior leadership experience, especially within restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Must be at least 18 years old, suitable for managing a corporate-owned McDonald's.
- Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude with adaptability for a fast-paced work environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
