Role Responsibilities and Expectations

• Deliver excellent customer service and proactively solve problems as they arise.
• Lead and mentor your team, nurturing their growth and development.
• Ensure adherence to proper procedures and maintain a strong culture of food safety.
• Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet operational needs.

Physical & Operational Requirements

• Ability to stand and move around during most if not all of your shift.
• Competence in using restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills.
• Follow brand standards rigorously to prepare quality food, serve customers, and keep the restaurant clean.
• Have reliable transportation for commuting to your home store as well as other locations occasionally required for training or tasks.

Compensation

The pay range is $15.55 to $21.75 per hour.
