Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service through problem-solving and decisive actions.
• Lead and mentor your team with commitment to their development and growth.
• Uphold food safety standards and proper operational procedures consistently.
• Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet restaurant needs.
• Operate restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards in food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Secure dependable transportation to commute to your store and occasionally to other locations for training or tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout most, if not all, of your shift.
