About the Position

The Shift Manager leads the crew and oversees shift operations to ensure a fast, friendly, and accurate customer experience while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards. This leadership role involves planning shifts, monitoring performance and safety, managing profitability targets, and coordinating with incoming shift managers for seamless handovers.
