Key Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly customer service consistently.
• Lead and motivate crew and fellow managers during shifts to uphold high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Develop shift plans, track team performance, and take corrective actions to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Manage safety, security, and profitability within the restaurant during your shift.
• Communicate effectively with incoming Shift Managers to ensure seamless shift transitions.
• Address food safety, inventory control, daily maintenance, employee scheduling, and training needs.

Requirements

• Preferred previous leadership experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Shift Managers enjoy a competitive starting wage ranging from $16.50 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
