Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by maintaining excellent hospitality standards.
• Ensure speedy service, order accuracy, and foster positive customer experiences.
• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruiting, hiring, performance management, and people development.
• Train and mentor crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices through Chipotle’s training programs.
• Oversee accurate and timely delivery of digital orders by team members.
• Handle day-to-day restaurant operations such as scheduling, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and interviewing candidates.
• Maintain cleanliness and guest readiness of the dining area and entire restaurant.
• Comply with food safety regulations and operational standards.
• Be responsible for the restaurant’s financial performance, meeting sales and cash flow targets.
• Work varied shifts including lunch, dinner, and weekends to provide leadership throughout operating hours.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about creating excellent hospitality experiences.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a focus on people development and leadership.
• Prior experience managing a restaurant, including knowledge of scheduling, financial oversight, food safety, sales projection, and recruitment.
• Ability to implement creative marketing strategies such as fundraisers and community activities.
• Physical capability to work in a busy kitchen environment, including standing for up to 10 hours, lifting up to 25 kg (50 lbs), and engaging with varied temperatures and food preparation tasks.
