Overview

Join B&Q Kendal as a Shift Lead in a permanent full-time role, working 36.75 hours weekly, with shifts ranging between 6am and 8pm. This keyholder position offers a full-time equivalent salary of 27,709.50 per annum, along with pension benefits and 6.6 weeks holiday.

Role Description

As a Shift Lead, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. You are responsible for managing shift operations, ensuring colleagues are well allocated to deliver outstanding customer service, and being the primary point of contact during your shift. Maintaining safety standards across the store is also a key aspect of your responsibilities.
