We are seeking a dedicated Shift Incharge to oversee shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to processes in our Gandhinagar, Gujarat location.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage activities during assigned shifts.
- Lead the team and oversee daily operational tasks.
- Maintain productivity standards and quality benchmarks.
- Enforce discipline and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management for effective coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Possession of a graduate degree or diploma is preferred.
- Prior relevant experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication abilities and leadership qualities are essential.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
