Job Overview

Ikamate HR India Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated Pickers and Packers to join their warehouse team in Ahmedabad. This role involves accurately selecting, packing, and managing inventory items for timely dispatch. The position offers fixed salary plus incentives along with benefits including PF, ESIC, and structured growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order requirements.
• Ensure items are securely and properly packed before shipping.
• Use handheld scanning devices or mobile applications to scan products.
• Inspect product quality, verify quantities, and check expiry dates prior to packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods as necessary.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to achieve timely dispatch of orders.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Manage inventory handling and stock movement activities efficiently.

Work Schedule

The work involves rotational shifts: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 16,500 to 21,000 inclusive of incentives up to INR 4,000.
