About the Role

Ikamate HR India Pvt Ltd is recruiting Pickers & Packers for the warehouse operations in Udaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves precise selection and packing of products for order fulfillment, ensuring quality checks and assisting with inventory management in a warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
• Safely and properly pack items to prepare them for dispatch.
• Use scanning devices or mobile applications to track products.
• Verify product quality, quantity, and expiration dates before packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading stock as needed.
• Coordinate closely with delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Manage inventory handling and facilitate stock movements effectively.

Shift Details

This position requires working rotational shifts scheduled from 3:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight or from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between INR 17,000 to 18,000 plus incentives up to INR 4,000.
• Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits.
